QUESTIONS ABOUT BINGO

WHAT IS BINGO?

Bingo is an internationally popular game of chance that falls under the category of lotteries. Players purchase Bingo cards with a quantity of numbers printed on them. The numbers on the Bingo cards or card sets are produced by a random generator.
Swisslos Bingo products are available in multiplayer mode and always include a chat function. In an Internet context, the term chat means live online communication via text messages between at least two participants.
The aim of a Bingo game is to be the first player to achieve a previously defined pattern on the purchased Bingo card using the sequentially drawn numbers. The patterns vary according to Bingo product. Depending on the Bingo product, payout ratios can range from 50% to 61%.

HOW DO I PURCHASE BINGO CARDS?

Simply click the “Select” button on the Bingo card that you want and then the “Buy” button. By clicking “Buy”, you confirm all the details provided by you. The Bingo cards purchased by you will be for the next draw.

HOW DO I WIN AT BINGO?

The aim of a Bingo game is to be the first player to achieve a previously defined pattern on the purchased Bingo card using the sequentially drawn numbers. The patterns vary according to the Bingo product and are defined in the respective Game Rules. If several Bingo cards achieve the corresponding winning pattern after the same quantity of drawn numbers, the winnings in this prize category will be shared equally.

WHAT IS A BINGO ROOM?

The various Bingo products are played in separate rooms. You can not only play the Bingo product in these rooms, you can also chat with other players.

WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE MYSELF A NICKNAME?

To be able to play on the Swisslos Bingo site and chat as well, you need a nickname. Your nickname will be visible to all Bingo players as soon as you take part in a game or a Bingo chat. Please note that a nickname can only be allocated once and that you can only have it changed later through Swisslos Customer Service.

HOW DO I CHAT?

Write a message in the field provided under the chat window and click ENTER or the OK button. You have now posted your message in the chat and all the players can read it.

CAN I PLAY MORE THAN ONE BINGO PRODUCT AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes, that is possible. However, within a product you can only submit a play request once per round for the same game. You cannot select new card sets for a round for which you have already purchased card sets.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH PLAYERS IN A BINGO ROOM?

If the minimum number of players required has not been reached, the round will be cancelled and the money paid in by you for this round will be reimbursed to your wallet.

WHAT ARE SUBSCRIPTION PLAYS AND HOW DO THEY WORK?

A subscription play is a play request to participate in several draws for a specific Bingo product. The quantity of card sets and the numbers available on them remain the same for the entire subscription play. The subscription play begins with the next announced draw. After purchase, players will automatically participate in the selected quantity of subsequent consecutive draws. Players can participate in a maximum of 10 draws per subscription play.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF THE DRAWS UNDER A SUBSCRIPTION PLAY DOES NOT TAKE PLACE?

If a draw does not take place (e.g. not enough players), the prorated purchase price for the cancelled draw will be reimbursed. The remaining entries will remain valid.
If games are interrupted, for instance at the end of the daily playing time, subscription plays do not lapse, but continue automatically with the next possible draw (usually on the following day).

IS IT PERMITTED TO PLAY IN OTHER BINGO ROOMS UNDER A SUBSCRIPTION PLAY?

Yes, that is possible. Please note, though, that Bingo should not be opened in more than one tab, window or browser at the same time as this may interrupt the presentation of the draw.

CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE CARDS?

You can use the “Display card sets” function to select how many of the Bingo cards purchased by you are to be displayed. The fewer cards you want displayed, the larger they will appear.

WHAT DOES THE “AUTOMARK” FUNCTION DO?

Swisslos automatically marks the numbers on your Bingo cards if the “Automark” function has been selected. Deselect the function if you wish to mark your Bingo cards yourself. You don’t need to worry if you forget to mark the numbers. Swisslos keeps a record to ensure that any prizes you have won are credited to you.

WHAT DOES THE “SORT” FUNCTION DO?

The “Sort” function automatically sorts your purchased Bingo cards in such a way that the next Bingo card to be played is at the top. Please select this function if you wish to use it.

HOW DO FAVOURITE CARDS WORK?

You have the option to save your personal favourite cards. To do so, simply click the star beside the card number. If the star turns gold, this indicates that a card has been selected as favourite.
To load your favourite cards, click “My favourite cards”. If you wish to remove a card from your selection of favourite cards, click the star again to grey it out
