Sales outlet (point of sale)

If a bet that is to be cancelled for any reason was submitted at a sales outlet, the sales staff must be notified of this immediately. The ticket must then be returned to the sales staff so that the ticket can be cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE: As soon as a live bet is printed on the ticket, it is not possible to cancel the bet owing to the dynamics of live bets.

Online

If a bet that is to be cancelled for any reason was submitted via an online platform, a message requesting cancellation and containing the following information must be sent to the Customer Service Center immediately:

• Ticket number

• Reason for cancellation request

The cancellation request will be examined by Sporttip. The cancellation may be either approved or rejected.
